The Rolex Sky-Dweller Ref. 326933 is one of the most technically sophisticated watches in the Rolex collection, combining an annual calendar with dual-time functionality in a substantial and unmistakably luxurious design. This two-tone configuration pairs Oystersteel with 18ct yellow gold, while the black dial gives the watch a particularly striking and elegant presence.
Presented in a 42mm Oyster case, the watch features Rolex’s signature Rolesor construction. The fluted 18ct yellow-gold bezel, crown and centre bracelet links contrast beautifully against the Oystersteel case and outer bracelet links, creating the classic two-tone Rolex aesthetic.
The black dial incorporates one of the Sky-Dweller’s defining features: an off-centre 24-hour disc used to display reference or home time. Local time is indicated conventionally by the central hands, allowing two time zones to be read simultaneously. The date is displayed beneath the Cyclops lens at 3 o’clock.
Its innovative Saros annual calendar automatically differentiates between 30- and 31-day months, requiring correction only once per year at the end of February. The current month is ingeniously indicated by a contrasting marker appearing in one of the 12 apertures positioned alongside the hour markers.
Another defining feature is Rolex’s Ring Command bezel. By rotating the fluted bezel, the wearer can select the function to be adjusted — date, local time or reference time — before making the adjustment through the winding crown. It is an elegant mechanical solution that makes the Sky-Dweller’s considerable functionality remarkably intuitive to operate.
Powering the Ref. 326933 is the Rolex Manufacture Calibre 9002, an automatic movement developed specifically for the Sky-Dweller. It offers approximately 72 hours of power reserve and incorporates Rolex’s precision engineering for excellent reliability and everyday performance.
The watch is fitted to the iconic three-piece Oyster bracelet in Oystersteel and 18ct yellow gold, secured by a folding Oysterclasp with the Easylink comfort-extension system. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres, providing the durability expected from a modern Rolex Oyster.
